Automated Gluing solutions for Cartons and Corrugated Boxes

Our new automatic gluing system is capable of running at speeds up to 1800 cartons per hour (30 per minute). The system has been integrated with an automatic infeed system to optimize throughput but can also be set up for slow/low volume applications.

The equipment is very versatile allowing us to apply adhesive to a wide rage of cartons ranging in size from 3/4 x 3/4 x 3” (19 x 19 x 76mm) to 12 x 4 x 12” (305 x 102 x 305mm).

Production takes place in our ISO approved cleanroom. Hot melt is precisely applied without unsightly drips, strings or overflow. Cartons are held square after application leaving a clean and professional finish.
